The new CD by Coldplay, “Viva la Vida”, is the most successful CD in the world.
It was recorded in 2007 and released on June 12th 2008 in United Kingdom, and on June 17th 2008 in the rest of the world.
In May 2008, Coldplay released 2 hits: Violet Hill and Viva la Vida. Later, Viva la Vida reached number 1 in charts in the U.S. and in the U.K.
Viva la Vida CD became Gold in Austria and Spain double Platinum in the U.K.
They gave it that name because after the painting of a very famous Mexican painter, “Frida Kahlo”.
