In sixth form we are reading a book called “A TALE OF TWO CITIES”. It was written by Charles Dickens.
Dickens was born in Portsmouth, England in 1812. He is one of the most popular writers of all times, and is responsible for some of the best-known characters in English literature.
The book is set at the time of the French Revolution. It shows what France and England were like in those times.
We think it is a very good story but, it has a lot of details that make it boring.
